WITH Valentine’s Day nearly upon us, romantic-themed set menus abound at eating places.

Buoy’s Asian infusion is outstanding within the rockmelon chew because it was topped off with a mini yee sang salad.

The rockmelon itself is compressed and soaked in a kaffir lime and lemongrass syrup, whereas the yee sang is wearing a marinade of apricot and orange marmalade.
